Q:How do I know if my detox Pearls are finished? A:You will know the detox is finished when there is no more discharge from the vaginal area (usually a total of 9 days). If you are not sure the detox is over, wait another 24 to 48 hours as the detox process may not be complete. Processing can take 4-6 business days before receiving a tracking number.

DAMAGED/LOST/ STOLEN PACKAGES
If your package is lost/stolen after being delivered to the post office or while you are home the we cannot be responsible. You will have to make a claim with the Post Office. Once you receive a tracking number it is your responsibility to contact the post office about issues regarding your package. Sadly, we have no information about your package. Once given to the post office they would be of better assistance to you. However, if your package is damaged, you will receive a refund on products or items will be resent based on eligibility.
